We are a diverse team of experienced facilitators, trainers, coaches and consultants. Besides the ForReal core team we constantly expand our network with other facilitators and consultants. We are all based in South Africa and are familiar of working in the regional context of (Southern) Africa. We regard our diverse backgrounds, experiences and skills as our biggest asset and are confident that our combined skills sets match all the requirements that you are looking for.

We often work in different tandem combinations, which is especially helpful for larger groups and multi-stakeholder processes.
Our promise is that we do all of this also within ForReal. We walk our talk. We explore new approaches for our ForReal community. We challenge the status quo by doing things differently. We think of it as an ongoing process and learning experience for us, our clients and our community. We are interested to learn from our mistakes and work with them.  Ilka SteinIlka Stein is the founder of ForReal and works as social change agent, facilitator, trainer and consultant in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2018 she decided to combine her passion of facilitating meaningful conversations and supporting individuals, team and organisations to deeply connect and foster cooperation with her deep passion to work for and with young people.  Rosie ChirongomaRosie is a Coach and Facilitator with a particular interest in mindsets, behaviors and capabilities. She believes that leaders can only influence those they can connect with, and in all her work, creating meaningful, engaged, humane, and purposeful connections is the foundation |
 Karen VerburghSince 2000 Karen works as an independent Process and Learning Facilitator and Coach. She is passionate about creating a healthy society in which humans are aligned with nature and Source. Her journey can be summed up as “being a vessel for change”. Currently Karen works in different partnerships - ForReal & the Art of Facilitation; Facilitator/Coach for the No-Name Initiative (NNI) Dialogue Institute, and facilitates Women's Nature retreats. |
 Nicky BushNicky has been working as leadership coach, facilitator and trainer for over fifteen years. Her current work is focused in leadership development, strategy development and community building using the Thinking Environment and Mindfulness coaching foundations. Her approach to coaching and facilitation draws on her diverse experience in social and corporate sectors and centres around custom designed interventions through a consultative approach identifying each client’s unique set of needs. |
